To Return an Item
1. Contact us Via Email or Telephone .
2. Upon confirming your return, we will then email you a complete Return Authorization Form and Confirmation Number
( Click Here to download > Return Authorization Form ( you will receive the confirmation number via email) ,
to be printed and enclosed along with the returned item.
No Items Will Be Accepted without A Return Authorization and Confirmation Number.
3. Ship the item to us.
You must insure the item at your cost, unless you ship it via USPS Registered or Express Mail.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via PayPal within one week of receipt. |
